Description

Delicious air-fried okra that is crispy and flavorful.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen okra (whole)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • pinch of cayenne (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400F for 5 minutes.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the frozen okra, olive oil, garlic, and black pepper. Stir well.
  3. Spread the okra in the bottom of the air fryer, ensuring not to stack the pieces for best results.
  4. Set cooking time to 15 minutes, flipping the okra after 8 minutes of cooking.
  5. Cook until the okra is roasted, lightly browned, and heated through, which may take longer than 15 minutes depending on desired crispiness.
  6. Serve with your favorite air fryer dinner dishes and enjoy!
