- 1 lb frozen okra (whole)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- pinch of cayenne (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400F for 5 minutes.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the frozen okra, olive oil, garlic, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Spread the okra in the bottom of the air fryer, ensuring not to stack the pieces for best results.
- Set cooking time to 15 minutes, flipping the okra after 8 minutes of cooking.
- Cook until the okra is roasted, lightly browned, and heated through, which may take longer than 15 minutes depending on desired crispiness.
- Serve with your favorite air fryer dinner dishes and enjoy!
