Description
A delicious taco bake made with tortillas, ground beef, and plenty of cheese.
Ingredients

- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican-blend cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup diced onions
- ¼ cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook ground meat until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning with a splash of water, stir, and simmer 2–3 minutes until well coated.
- Place tortillas on the baking sheet. Spoon seasoned meat onto each tortilla.
- Sprinkle with cheddar, mozzarella, tomatoes, onions, and olives. Fold or roll tortillas as desired.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are slightly crispy.
- Serve hot with sour cream, salsa, and other favorite toppings.

- Optional toppings include sour cream, salsa, chopped cilantro, and avocado.
