Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
  • 1½ tablespoons fajita seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (from ½ lime)
  • 1 medium red onion (sliced)
  • 3 medium bell peppers (any color, deseeded and sliced)
  • 8 (6-inch) flour tortillas (or corn, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F and spray the basket with nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients, coating the chicken, peppers, and onion well with the spices.
  3. Add the chicken mixture in a single layer to the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 mins, mixing halfway through the cooking.
  4. Serve hot with lightly toasted/warm tortillas and other garnish of choice.
