Delicious apple-filled puff pastry pockets that are perfect for dessert!
Ingredients

- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 2 cups Granny Smith apples (peeled, diced)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 egg (for wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square, fold over, and seal edges.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- These can be served warm or at room temperature.
