Description

A delicious and healthy smoothie made with fresh berries and tofu.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup tofu
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Add the berries, tofu, and orange juice to a heavy-duty blender. Cover and process until smooth.
  2. Add a couple of ice cubes at a time until your desired consistency is reached. (If you need to thin out the smoothie a bit, add a splash of OJ and blend again.)
  3. Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh berries, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use fresh berries for the best flavor.
  • Can substitute other berries if desired.
  • Adjust sweetness with more orange juice if necessary.
