Delicious cookies with semi-sweet chocolate chips and fresh strawberries, topped with melted chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, quartered
- 1 cup melting chocolate (or candy melts)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy (about 3 minutes).
- Gradually mix in all-purpose flour and vanilla extract until just combined.
- Gently fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips and quartered strawberries.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- While chilling, melt the dipping chocolate according to package instructions.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate until fully coated and place on parchment paper to set.
- Scoop chilled cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and top each scoop with a chocolate-dipped strawberry.
Notes
- Let the cookies cool completely before serving to allow the chocolate to set properly.
- For a fun variation, try adding different fruits or cookie add-ins.
