This cranberry honey butter is a delicious, sweet spread perfect for toast, muffins, and more.

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Let the unsalted butter sit at room temperature until softened.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the butter using a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium-high for 2–3 minutes, until light and fluffy.
- Add the honey and vanilla extract; beat again until smooth and silky.
- Fold in the chopped dried cranberries using a spatula.
- Taste and mix in a pinch of sea salt if needed.
- Transfer to a jar or ramekin and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- This butter pairs well with bread, rolls, and pancakes.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
