Description

This creamy cheese log is a delightful appetizer perfect for parties. It’s easy to make and pairs wonderfully with crackers and baguette slices.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz goat cheese or feta, softened
  • 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • ½ cup shelled pistachios, chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ½ tsp black pepper (optional)
  • Crackers or baguette slices, for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix Cheese: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, goat cheese, honey, lemon zest, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Form Log: Shape cheese mixture into a log on a piece of parchment paper.
  3. Coat with Cranberries & Pistachios: Spread chopped cranberries and pistachios evenly over the log, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Chill: Wrap the log in parchment paper or plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
  5. Serve: Slice or serve whole with crackers or baguette slices.
