  • 1 cup diced onion (Onion adds sweetness and depth.)
  • 2 cups sliced carrots (Can substitute with peas or green beans.)
  • 2 cups sliced celery (Adds crunch and flavor.)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (Enhances the overall flavor.)

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and slice the carrots and celery for uniform sizes.
  2. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with the diced onion, sliced carrots, and celery.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Add frozen pierogies on top, without stirring, to allow them to absorb the flavors.
