- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup roughly chopped cilantro leaves and tender stems (lightly packed)
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 – 3 medium garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt (plus more to taste)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise.
- Add chopped cilantro, lime juice, crushed garlic, and salt.
- Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
