This delicious eggnog pudding is a perfect holiday dessert!
Ingredients

- 1 package (3 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold eggnog
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg (plus extra for garnish)
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Whipped cream, for serving
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix, cold eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
- Whisk vigorously for 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and begins to thicken.
- Let the pudding stand for 5 minutes to set further.
- Spoon into individual serving dishes or one large bowl.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg just before serving.
