Description

This delicious eggnog pudding is a perfect holiday dessert!


Ingredients

  • 1 package (3 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold eggnog
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Whipped cream, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix, cold eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
  2. Whisk vigorously for 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and begins to thicken.
  3. Let the pudding stand for 5 minutes to set further.
  4. Spoon into individual serving dishes or one large bowl.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
  6. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg just before serving.
