Description

Delicious and refreshing fruit popsicles made with fresh fruit, juice, and a touch of sweetness.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, mango, or blueberries) (chopped)
  • 1 cup fruit juice (e.g., orange juice or coconut water) (for added sweetness)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped fresh fruit, fruit juice, and honey or maple syrup.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the fruit mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks into the molds.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  6. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
  7. Enjoy your homemade fruit popsicles!
