Delicious and refreshing fruit popsicles made with fresh fruit, juice, and a touch of sweetness.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, mango, or blueberries) (chopped)
- 1 cup fruit juice (e.g., orange juice or coconut water) (for added sweetness)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped fresh fruit, fruit juice, and honey or maple syrup.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the fruit mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks into the molds.
- Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
