  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat and season with taco seasoning.
  2. Warm the Tortillas: Heat tortillas in a separate skillet over low heat for about one minute per side.
  3. Assemble the Burritos: Spread refried beans on each tortilla, add the beef mixture, and top with salsa, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
  4. Roll Them Up: Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into a burrito shape.
