- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeño, diced (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in the drained corn, cheddar cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, and jalapeño if using.
- Add garlic powder and chili powder; mix well to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to let flavors meld.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
