- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Peel the ripe mangoes and cut them into cubes.
- In a blender, add the diced mangoes, yogurt, milk, honey (if using), and lime juice.
- For a cooler and thicker smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes.
- Blend the ingredients together until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If it’s too thick, add a bit more milk and blend again.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or lime juice based on your preference.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses, and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

- This smoothie is great for breakfast or a refreshing snack.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey or maple syrup.
- For a tropical twist, add a banana or add coconut milk instead of regular milk.
