This creamy ranch chicken is an easy and delicious slow cooker recipe that will become a family favorite.

- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 ounce)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- ΒΌ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Place chicken in the bottom of the crock pot.
- In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese, ranch seasoning, minced garlic, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken, covering it evenly.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6β7 hours or HIGH for 3β4 hours.
- Once done, shred the chicken in the pot or leave in large chunks.
- Stir to blend the sauce evenly with the meat.
- Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Serve hot over rice, mashed potatoes, or egg noodles.
Notes
- Make sure to use boneless skinless chicken for best results.
