Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 cups ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons sugar (or honey, to taste)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Wash strawberries thoroughly and remove the green tops. Slice them in half.
- In a blender, combine halved strawberries, lime juice, sugar/honey, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and slushy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- If not serving immediately, transfer slushie to an airtight container and freeze. Stir before serving.
- Serve in chilled glasses garnished with mint leaves or lime slices for an attractive presentation.
