Delicious and tender steak bites cooked in garlic butter for a rich flavor.

- 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Start by cutting 1 pound of your chosen steak (sirloin or ribeye) into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, sprinkle the steak pieces with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Toss them gently to ensure an even coating.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter. Once melted, add the 4 cloves of minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Place the seasoned steak pieces in the slow cooker, then pour the melted garlic butter over the top. Mix until well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for about 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours. The steak should be tender and infused with buttery garlic goodness.
- Once cooked, remove the lid, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
- Choose tender cuts of steak for the best results.
- This dish is excellent served with rice or crusty bread to soak up the garlic butter.
