Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs Baby potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • to taste Fresh rosemary or thyme
  • 1 cup Bell peppers and onions (Toss in for added sweetness and crunch.)
  • 1 cup Cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) (Sprinkle on top during the last few minutes of cooking.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F.
  2. Prepare your ingredients by washing and cutting the potatoes into small cubes, about 1 inch in size.
  3. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Cook the potatoes until fork-tender and the steak to your liking.
