- 1 cup Cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) (Sprinkle on top during the last few minutes of cooking.)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F.
- Prepare your ingredients by washing and cutting the potatoes into small cubes, about 1 inch in size.
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook the potatoes until fork-tender and the steak to your liking.
