Description

This creamy dill pickle mayonnaise is perfect for fish sticks, crab cakes, and more!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup finely diced dill pickles
  • 2 tablespoons very finely diced Vidalia sweet onion
  • 1 teaspoon capers (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 teaspoon dill pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
